Ingredients:
4-6 oz boneless chicken breast (skinless)
1 orange
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 package of onion soup mix
4 oz of concentrated frozen orange juice
Preparation:
Combine and heat in a saucepan mushroom soup; onion soup mix and frozen orange juice until a slight boil.
Pour marinade over chicken breasts.
Top chicken breasts with orange slices.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake chicken for 1 hour.
Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
