Mexican Spoon Bread

Serves 6-8

Ingredients:
1 can of cream orn
1 cup yellow cornmeal
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cap chopped green chiles
1 cup of cheese ( you can add more if you like)

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

Grease a casserole dish  and pour mixture into dish.  Cook in the oven at 375 for about 45 minutes or until  top is golden.  Goes very well with chicken or steak, beans and a salad.
