Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 12 squares, crumbled).
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/4 cup frozen margarita mix concentrate, thawed.
1 pint sherbet, softened
1 pint vanilla ice cream Hagen Daaz
3 tablespoon tequila
1/3 cup frozen margarita mix concentrate, thawed
Preparation:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Stir in 1/4 cup frozen margarita mix until crumbly. Press mixture firmly agains bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate.
Mix sherbet, 1/3 cup frozen margarita mix and tequila. Gently swirl in vanilla ice cream.
Spoon mixture into crust, spread evenly.
cover and freeze 4-6 hours until firm.
